Peas Puree(6 months)

This legumes vegetable is loaded with vitamin K, manganese, dietary fiber, vitamin B1, copper, vitamin C, phosphorus, and folate. 1.Open peas and take only the peas seeds leaving the skin

2.Take fistfull of peas seeds.the natural sweet in peas are loved by babies taste buds

3.In a pan cover peas with water and boil for 10-15 minutes

4.Once peas is turned out soft flesh.

5.Cool down to room temperature

6.Using a blender make it puree

7.Mix it with breast milk or Formula milk

8.Serve it to your baby using baby bowl and spoon


While introducing a new vegetable for the first time, always wait three days before switching to the next vegetable.If it suits well for your baby then move to next vegetable
