Asparagus Puree(6 months)

This stick vegetable is loaded with fiber, folate, vitamin A,vitamin C,vitamin E and vitamin K, as well as chromium, a trace mineral that improves the ability of insulin to transport glucose from the bloodstream into cells.It helps inn digestion as its rich in fiber .Keeps your baby skin fresh and young as ever.It helps to prevent from bone cancer and breast cancer




1.Peel off the outer skin of Asparagus using a peeler

2.Cut into few pieces

3.Steam asparagus for 10-15 minutes

4.Once asparagus is turned out soft flesh.

5.Cool down to room temperature

6.Using a blender make it puree

7.Mix it with breast milk or Formula milk

8.Serve it to your baby using baby bowl and spoon


While introducing a new vegetable for the first time, always wait three days before switching to the next vegetable.If it suits well for your baby then move to next vegetable
