Cauliflower Puree(6 months)

1.Take fresh flowers

2.Cut into few pieces

3.In a pan add a pinch of salt and turmeric. cover Cauliflower pieces with water and boil for 5-8 minutes

4.Salt and turmeric helps to clean pesticides and other chemicals.

5.Strain water

6.Using a blender blend boiled baby potato and cauliflower make it puree

7.Mix it with milk if required

8.Serve it to your baby using baby bowl and spoon


While introducing a new vegetable for the first time, always wait three days before switching to the next vegetable.If it suits well for your baby then move to next vegetable
