Cucumber Puree(6 months)

The high water content fruit Cucumber, is typically mistaken by everyone as a vegetable.which is loaded with vitamin C,fiber and potassium.Helps your baby to stay hydrated all the time.Helps your baby to over come constipation.Helps to maintain healthy heart and skin.




1.Peel off the outer skin of Cucumber using a peeler leaving the seeds

2.Cut into few pieces

3.In a pan cover Cucumber pieces with water and boil for 10-15 minutes

4.Once Cucumber is turned out soft flesh.

5.Cool down to room temperature

6.Using a blender mix it with banana and avocado flesh to make puree

7.Mix it with breast milk or Formula milk

8.Serve it to your baby using baby bowl and spoon


While introducing a new vegetable for the first time, always wait three days before switching to the next vegetable.If it suits well for your baby then move to next vegetable
