Green beans or Runner beans or french beans or string beans
salt 1/2 pinch
Turmeric powder 1/2 pinch
1.Peel off the filament runnning sideways.cut top and bottom little using a knife
2.Cut into few pieces.
3.In a pan cover Green beans pieces , 2 teaspoons of moongdhal,Turmeric powder and salt with water and boil for 15-25 minutes
4.Once Green beans and dhal is turned out soft and mushy.
5.Cool down to room temperature
6.Using a blender make it puree
7.Mix it with breast milk or Formula milk
8.Serve it to your baby using baby bowl and spoon
