Third trimester starts from week 29 to week 40.

When will my baby’s head engage?
Around 29 weeks your baby sucking reflex is well developed and may .By 32 weeks, the baby moves with their head pointing downwards,which is considered as ready for birth. This is known as cephalic presentation.Some babies never engage their heads down at this stage, it’s not a cause for concern.after few weeks they may come to cephalic presentation.By 33 weeks your baby brain and bone development is fully done.Your baby will find more difficult to move inside your womb due to increase in size and less room to move.
Still you may feel baby movements.By 36 weeks your baby lungs are ready to take breaths once baby comes out of womb.From week 36- week 40 anytime you can expect your baby to arrive.So all you need to do is that pack hospital bag and narrow your baby names list.
Your body Changes
As your bump is pushed against your lungs you may start feeling heartburn and shortness of breath. Your food intake amount generally subside down. Concentrate on energy rich meals as you need to save energy to deliver your baby.Staying active from first trimester helps your bones to give way for your baby to slide down through the birth canal.
By 34-36 weeks you may start experiencing Braxton Hicks contractions, and are a normal symptom of pregnancy. Your uterus is getting ready to give birth for baby by practising tightenings, or contractions, of labour.
